How We Work With You

The first step in working together is where we complete what we call a “Marketing Automation Plan (MAP)” session. During this session we’re able to be your “guide” through the sales and marketing automation landscape and take away the Techy-Stress for you and provide you with creative and technical input to make sure your business outcomes are achieved in the most practical way possible.

What is a MAP?

The M.A.P. session starts with a two hour strategy session where we work with you, using our 9 step MAP process, to gaining an understanding of your current specific strategies. We translate those into the specific steps that will create a modern marketing system for you. It will be a more predictable way for you to convert more leads to clients, get more repeat business and gain referrals by using marketing and sales automation software. No one size fits all, and it’s vital to have a clear picture of how to join-the-dots.

Create a Clear BluePrint

Just as an Architect provides blueprints to build a house. Your MAP is a documented visual representation of the specific individual steps that are required to create your modern marketing system. It outlines exactly what you want to have happen and by when it needs to happen to ensure your business outcomes are acheived.

Closes the Loops

A MAP joins-the-dots and closes the loops required to create your modern marketing system. All to often we get stuck on “getting working better”, instead of just getting it working. Your MAP closes the loops for you, which means you don’t get stuck when trying to create modern marketing system.

Identifies Priorities

In today’s environment there is an endless abundance of opportunity. The hardest task can be knowing which tasks and opportunities to focus on. You MAP will give you a clear focus on the most important tasks to focus on that will generate you the biggest ROI from any marketing automation activities.

What’s the Outcome of a MAP?

Having completed the two hour MAP strategy session, we create for you your blueprint document we call a MAP. This document is visual representation of the exact steps and processes you need to implement to create your new modernised marketing system.

Your MAP document outlines our eight step methodology we recommend to ensure your modern marketing system is implemented in an efficient and effective manner.

It provides a what the timeline will be for each stage of the implementation required, so that you know exactly what will be done by when, and who’s responsibility each tasks is.

What Happens at the Review?

During the review we can look at the key priorities and then adjust the M.A.P document to include a fixed price implementation plan along with any initial training you need to get you up and running quickly. This way you know exactly what your investment is and there are no surprises.

At the end of the MAP Review session one of these three things will happen:


  • Do It Yourself

You love the plan and decide to implement it on your own. If this is the case, we’ll wish you the best of luck and ask that you keep in touch with us to let me know how you’re doing.


  • Engage Ynot

You love the plan. You know what implementing it will mean for you, and want us to implement it for you and your business.


  • Not Proceeding

You like what’s been done, however for what ever reason you wish not to proceed.

Who is it for?

This IS NOT for everybody. Here’s who we can help. We’re selective about who we work with and we’ve got a strict (but reasonable) set of criteria that needs to be met in order for us to proceed.

Here it is:

1 You have to be the owner and decision maker. No decision by committee or asking permission to do the great work you want to do. In order to make the most of our work together, you need to be in charge of the whole enchilada.

4 You must have an existing customer list. It doesn’t really need to be that big …just responsive.

2 You should have a growing viable business with a solid future. This means I won’t work with businesses that are on the edge of collapse. This offer is for people who are up and running already and simply want to run a lot faster and a lot farther. You should be doing around six to seven figures or more each year already.

5 You must have someone in your business that is technical capable. If everyone’s eyes glaze over when the word internet is mentioned, then that’s a problem. As long as you have an administrative person or someone who is technically capable then that’s all you need.

3You must have a steady flow of leads and customers. This means that you’re getting consistent traffic and making sales already. You’re running ads, you’re promoting, and you’re selling stuff. You don’t have to be “everywhere” or “huge” …I just need you to be PRESENT in your market

6 You MUST be willing to honestly assess yourself, your business and collaborate together to create success. In order for us to make this work, you need to be committed to the process. Meaning you need to take risks, get uncomfortable, work through potentially difficult transitions and follow through

What’s the Investment?

The investment in the M.A.P process is $1,997 plus GST.

When you decide to go ahead with us implementing your Marketing Automation Plan we’ll also credit you the $1,997 you’ve already invested
towards your M.A.P. session, which means you’ll have had that done for free.

Here’s What You Do Next

If you meet the criteria above and would like to talk to us about getting you incredible results, then we’ll happily set aside some time for you.

Here’s how the process works:


First, you’ll need to fill out an application. Don’t worry, it’s simple and unobtrusive. We just need to know what your core challenges are, get an idea of what you want to accomplish, and so forth.

Just so you know, we use the application as a “filter” to keep the time-vampires at bay.


Once we have received and reviewed your application, we will send you an email with a link to an online appointment app so you can set up a time for us to talk. Our initial call will be between 45 and 60 minutes. This is where we really begin working to figure out exactly what you want… and how to make it happen.


Once we’ve had our discussion and we’ve agreed there is a good fit in working together and you’ve have decided to do a MAP session, we book it in and get it done. And if, for what every reason, you don’t want to do a MAP session with us – that’s OK too. No biggie.
