Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policies
At YNOT Solutions, we aim to make sure you, as our valued customer, receive the best value and service for every purchase. Below is a list of your rights and responsibilities for returning and requesting refunds.
Return & Refund on Products
We understand that purchasing products over the internet does not give you the same advantages of viewing a product in a physical store. Therefore, we offer you a 7 day return period from the date you receive the product. However, to receive a refund, your product must be in its original condition including contents, that is, the packaging must be unopened and undamaged. Any entitlement to a refund is void when the product is presented after the return period has expired or it is not in its original condition. When returning your product for a refund, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
We apologise for the inconvenience to you for receiving a faulty product. We will replace your faulty product at no cost to you. Please follow the steps below:
- Please contact YNOT Solutions immediately.
- Send your faulty product with your original receipt (or copy) to YNOT Solutions.
- Send the faulty product in its original packaging (or equivalent); failure to do so will void your replacement.
For faulty product, please notify us of your freight cost by International Air post. We do not accept payment of your return shipping costs if you choose to send your returning product by International Courier.
TIME TO PROCESS FAULTY PRODUCTS
Upon receiving your faulty product and proof of purchase, you are issued a replacement product within 2 working days. (Please see shipping policy for target shipping times).
- The cost of shipping will be added within the checkout process. Costs for P&H is as follows:
New Zealand Customers: NZ$10.00
- Other Countries: NZ$15.00
Your order will be processed in our warehouse within 2 working days. Please then allow the following target shipping time:
- New Zealand North Island Customers: 1-2 working days
- New Zealand South Island Customers: 2-3 working days
Other Countries (Sent by International Air Post): 3-10 working days
You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within the time frame specified for each destination. Because our courier or postal service does not always directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer.
If your product(s) do not arrive to you in the target delivery times (as mentioned above), you have 10 days to notify YNOT Solutions. If you do not notify YNOT Solutions within 10 days we cannot make a claim to our shipping provider and therefore we take no responsibility for your lost product.
If you receive your product(s) and it is damaged from shipping, you have 2 days to notify YNOT Solutions. If you do not notify us within 2 days we take no responsibility for damages and cannot replace your product.
YNOT Solutions does not take any responsibility if your product is returned in a damaged condition. It is your responsibility to freight product to YNOT Solutions in original box (or equivalent) with bubble wrap. Failure to do so voids a replacement product.
Ordering & Payment
Goods & Services Tax (GST) / Sales Tax
For New Zealand customers Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% is included in all prices. For all other countries GST, Sales Tax, VAT etc is not applicable.
Your purchases will be charged to your credit card in New Zealand dollars (NZD) only.
